Pastries

Button Bakery strives to make delicious desserts and treats that don't break the bank. We bake from scratch and decorate by hand. We are also minimal when it comes to packaging because we would rather not increase our price to include the cost of a disposable box and we try to be as environmental as we can be. We hope you love our pastries and make them a regular part of your desert plans.

Kate Schaefer - Pastry Chef

Kate Schaefer is a local resident of Evanston who fondly remembers her visits to Judy's Bakery which many years ago was across the street on Main Street from Button Bakery's location. Kate is the Pastry Chef and department manager.

Megan Yoder - Pastry Chef and Hand Decorator

Megan has called Evanston home for nearly a decade. She comes to us with 10 years of cake artistry experience. Megan carries synergistic passions of baking and organic farming. Her plethora of creative endeavors and skills will be quite the blessing to our little shop.
