Before the sun rises, Oran is already at work—measuring, mixing, and tending to dough with the gentle rhythm of music playing and coffee brewing.

His love for baking is more than a craft—it's a connection to ancient traditions, to nourishment, and to the people who gather around the table. With natural sourdough culture, stone ovens, and a deep respect for the process, each bake is a tribute to the timeless art of breadmaking.

All of our gift cards are printed in-house and feature our baked goods, giving them a warm, personal feel right from the start. Each one is filled out by hand, so if you’re purchasing multiple cards, it can take a little extra time.
